【摘要】 从青海藏系绵羊的皮肤中提取总RNA,根据其他物种BMP2基因的保守序列设计特异性引物,采用RT-PCR技术首次扩增出藏系绵羊BMP2DNA序列,提交至GenBank,并已取得序列号HM066200。将此片段克隆到pMD18-T载体中,经菌落PCR鉴定和DNA序列测定分析验证。结果显示,该DNA序列为356bp的部分CDS区,编码118个氨基酸。证实所克隆序列为BMP2,符合BMP2基因的特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 From Qinghai Tibetan Sheep skin to extract total RNA,according to other species BMP2 gene-specific primers designed to conserved sequences.We first amplified sequences of BMP2DNA using RT-PCR,and then deposit the sequence number HM066200 to GenBank.This fragment was cloned into the PMD18-T vector.The results showed that the DNA including an imcomplete coding region of 356 bp,encoding 118 amino acids.更多还原
