两岸食品着色剂标准比对研究

【摘要】 随着两岸经贸往来和人们物质生活水平的提高,两岸的食品贸易和交流将更趋广泛与深入。研究两岸食品添加剂标准体系必要且迫切。本文通过收集两岸食品添加剂标准及法律法规,对食品着色剂的标准体系进行比对研究,并根据以上研究成果提出对策和建议,旨在为两岸食品与食品着色剂的生产经营管理及进出口提供依据。研究表明,两岸着色剂产品名称、允许使用品种、数量、范围和限量差异显著。在着色剂名称方面,两岸合成着色剂名称除喹啉黄外均不相同;在允许使用品种、范围和限量方面,大陆地区允许使用的品种多,但允许的范围和限量要求严格;台湾地区允许使用品种少,但对范围和限量宽松,大部分的着色剂允许适量添加。

【Abstract】 As the living standard improved and the food trading exchanges more widely and deeply between Taiwan and the mainland’s mainland,it is necessary to study the difference of food additive standard systems between two areas.After collected relevant standards,laws and regulations on food additives,comparative study was carried out and suggestions were proposed in this paper.The analysis provided technical reference for production,sale and management.The results showed that the significant difference of food colorants was found in names,quantity,scope,and limit of usage.The way of naming synthetic colorants is not the same in two areas except quinoline yellow.In the aspect of permitted usage types,scopes and limits,China’s mainland allows more kind of additives,but with more rigorous scopes and limits while Taiwan allows more flexible application scope and usage limitation,most of the food additives can be used as production necessary.
