【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠糖尿病产妇心理障碍的护理方法。方法对本院2010年7月~2013年6月收治的88例妊娠糖尿病产妇心理障碍的患者,根据临床资料,采用心理疏导,家庭、医务人员的帮助及支持等护理措施。结果患者产后2周~2个月后其焦虑症有效率88.2%,抑郁症有效率94.4%,症状严重的6例患者加用药物治疗。结论根据患者的个体差异采用不同方式和有针对性的护理措施可有效减少及治疗妊娠糖尿病产妇心理障碍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing methods of psychological barrier of gestational diabetes mellitus parturient.Methods There were 88 cases of patients with gestational diabetes maternal psychological obstacles in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012, according to clinical data, the psychological counseling, family, medical personnel nursing measures such as the help and support.Results Between 2 weeks and 2 months after delivery, patients’ anxiety effectiveness was 88.2%, depression effectiveness was 94.4%, 6 patients with symptoms of serious drug therapy.Conclusion According to the individual differences of patients to take different ways and effective nursing measures can effectively reduce the psychological barriers of gestational diabetes mellitus parturient.更多还原
