【摘要】 目的对酶免四项弱反应性献血者进行追踪检测,了解其假阳性比率,为弱反应性献血者的屏蔽及日后归队提供参考资料。方法对100例弱反应性献血者在6个月以后进行追踪检测,标本均按原检测不合格项目分类,用检验科目前正在使用的初、复检试剂进行检测。结果 57%的献血者仍呈反应性,而43%的献血者呈现无反应性,且所检测标本的S/CO值均处于0.7~2之间,均属弱反应性。结论弱反应性献血者中存在很大程度的假阳性,全部对其进行屏蔽,必然造成大量血液的浪费和爱心献血者的流失,期待相关部门对献血者的屏蔽范围及归队管理出台明确的要求,尤其是对弱反应性献血者是否需要屏蔽及假阳性献血者的日后归队管理制定统一的标准。更多还原
