【摘要】 目的探讨CT引导经皮穿刺置管引流治疗梗阻性黄疸的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析CT引导经皮穿刺置管引流治疗梗阻性黄疸263例患者置管成功率、并发症及技术要点。结果 33例患者经皮经肝穿刺胆囊造瘘术均1次置管成功(技术成功率100%),230例患者经皮经肝穿刺胆道外引流术210例均1次置管成功(技术成功率91%),无严重并发症发生。结论 CT引导经皮穿刺置管引流治疗梗阻性黄疸安全、有效,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinic value of CT-guided percutaneous transhepatci catheter drainage(PTCD) in patients with obstructive jaundice.Methods 263 cases with biliary obstructive jaundice were treated by PTCD, of which the total success rate, complications and Technical points were studied retrospectively.Results 33 cases treated by percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder catheterizing drainage(PTGCD) were all succeed at first time(100%), 210 of 230 cases treated by percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage(PTBD) were succeed at first time(91%), all of 263 cases were no treatment-related serious complications.Conclusion CTguided percutaneous transhepatci catheter drainage(PTCD) is a safe, effective and recommended therapeutic method to patients with obstructive jaundice.更多还原
