【摘要】 目的探讨瘢痕妊娠早期诊断和处理。方法回顾性分析2007年5月至2012年8月收治的18例病例资料。结果 9例停经后B超发现瘢痕妊娠,6例于人工流产术中发生大出血,3例人工流产术后少量阴道流血不止。其中4例药物保守治疗成功,6例行病灶切除,8例采用子宫动脉栓塞治疗成功,无子宫切除者。结论子宫动脉栓塞是安全有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the earlier diagnosis. methods And treatment for the uterine segment pregnancy. Method 18 cases of uterine segment pregnancy from May 2007 to Aug 2012 were retrospectively analysed. Results 9 cases were diagnosed definitely through B ultrasonic. 6 cases had torrential hemorrhage when they received inducing abortion. 3 cases had little irregular hemorrhage without end when they received inducing abortion. 4 cases were successful through conservative treatment. 6 cases were successful through focus excision. 8 cases were controlled heavy uterine bleeding satisfactory and save their uterus successfully after UAE .None of them had hysterectomy. Conclusion UAE is one of the best satisfactory conservation managements.更多还原
