【摘要】 目的建立岗梅感冒灵颗粒的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对岗梅感冒灵颗粒中岗梅、野菊花、板蓝根进行了鉴别。结果图谱斑点清晰、分离度好,阴性对照无干扰。结论该方法简便、快速、重现性好,为制订岗梅感冒灵颗粒质量标准提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the thin layer chromatography( TLC) of Gangmei Ganmaoling granules. Methods The thin layer chromatography( TLC) was used to identify Radix Et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae,Flos Chrysanthemi Indici,Radix Isatidis in Gangmei Ganmaoling granules. Results The TLC figures of Radix Et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae,Flos Chrysanthemi Indici,Radix Isatidis were distinct with good resolution and no disturbance negative group. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,reproducible,and provides reference for the formulation of gangmeiganmailing quality standard.更多还原
