【摘要】 目的探讨经皮微创固定术对腰椎骨折的临床治疗疗效。方法回顾性分析经皮微创固定术治疗腰椎骨折38例,并记录手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院天数及影像学指标等。结果平均手术时间约100min,平均出血量约100ml,术后平均住院8d。所有病例进行随访,随访6～24个月,术后患者椎体高度均有不同程度的恢复,椎体后凸畸形得到不同程度的矫正。结论经皮微创固定术操作简单、可靠安全,具有有创伤小、出血少、术后恢复快、住院时间短等优势,是治疗腰椎骨折的有效方法,临床值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the result of treatment lumbar fractures with minimally invasive percutaneous fixation.Methods Clinical data of 38 patients with lumbar fractures treated by minimally invasive percutaneous fixation,record the operative time, blood loss volume, the average hospital stay and radiographic parameters.Results An average operative time was about 100 min, an average blood loss volume was 100 ml, an average postoperative stay was 8d. All patients were followed up,follow up time was 6 to 24 months,postoperative vertebral height restoration in varying degrees and the varying degrees vertebral kyphosis correction.Conclusion Percutaneous pedicle screw fixation is a good minimally-invasive surgical therapeutic choice for patients with lumbar fracture,this method is simple safe with less complication and blood loss and can provide quick recovery and short stay in hospital.更多还原
