【摘要】 目的探讨急性左心衰竭患者有效抢救及护理方法。方法采取吸氧、坐位、监护、准确使用各种抢救药物等措施,并实施用药护理。密切观察病情并对患者实施各种心理护理。结果 68例患者中临床情况好转趋于稳定的病例有41例,占总病例数的60.29%,临床情况反复不稳定的病例有21例,占总病例数的30.88%,临床病情恶化死亡的患者有6例,占总病例数的8.83%。结论在抢救急性左心衰患者中,采取有效的护理干预及治疗措施,及时缓解病情,严密观察病情和生命体征变化,对提高患者的抢救成功率及改善患者生活质量都具有重要的意义。更多还原
