【摘要】 目的研究甲基强的松龙(甲强龙)对儿童重症哮喘的治疗效果。方法取2010年1月至2012年12月于我院住院治疗的80例重症哮喘患儿,随机分为甲强龙组和对照组,每组40例,甲强龙组常规治疗基础上给予甲强龙2 mg/kg/次,Q8 h静滴;对照组常规治疗。观察两组患儿临床症状、体征、血氧饱和度及血气分析好转时间。对观察结果使用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析,组间差异比较采用t检验,P<0.05表示差异有统计学意义。结果发现甲强龙组哮喘儿童临床症状、体征恢复时间明显短于对照组,PaO2好转速度也快于对照组,P<0.05。结论甲强龙治疗儿童重症哮喘效果确切,可以迅速缓解喘息症状,缩短病程,在临床上可以推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effects of methylprednisolone on severe children asthma.Methods 80 children with severe asthma in our inpatient ward were randomly divided into two groups,40 children were set to be methylprednisolone group,40 children patients were set to be control group,patients in methylprednisolone group were treated with methylprednisolone 2 milligram/kg,q8 h,by intravenous drip,patients in control group were treated with normal theropy.To observe the clinical symptoms,objective signs,saturation of blood oxygen,blood gas analysis of patients in all patients,comparing the time that every index improved.Analyzing the detection results with the SPSS 13.0 statistics software,comparing the differences between two groups employing the test,P<0.05 The difference was statistically significant.Results Duration of recovery of clinical symptoms,objective signs,blood gas analysis in methylprednisolone group patients were all shorter than those in control patients,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of methylprednisolone on severe children asthma was good,it can be used to treat severe children asthma widely in clinic.更多还原
