【摘要】 目的评价综合护理干预对银屑病患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法 90例银屑病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理。观察组采用综合护理干预。结果观察组患者的依从性要优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组SAS和SDS评分均少于对照组,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论银屑病患者采用综合护理干预效果佳,患者依从性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss of comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety and depression of patients with psoriasis.Methods In 90 cases of patients with psoriasis,were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine care.The observation group received the comprehensive nursing intervention.Results Compliance of the observation group better than in the control group,had significant difference(P<0.05).after treatment,SAS and SDS score of the observation group were less than that in the control group,had significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The effect is very good the comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with psoriasis,the patient compliance is good.更多还原
