【摘要】 目的探讨芒硝腹部外敷对急性重症胰腺炎(Severe Acute Pancreatitis,SAP)患者胰腺炎症的影响。方法 120例SAP患者采用随机单盲方法,分为观察组(西医治疗加芒硝外敷)和对照组(西医治疗),每组60例,测定所有患者不同时段血常规、血清C-反应蛋白(C-React Protein,CRP)和白介素6(Interleukin6,IL-6)含量,并定期检查腹部超声,了解胰腺渗出吸收及局部并发症情况。结果观察组患者白细胞计数(WBC)、血清CRP和IL-6含量下降明显早于对照组(P<0.05);腹部超声显示观察组胰腺渗出吸收也明显早于对照组(P<0.05),且局部并发症(胰腺脓肿和胰腺假性囊肿)的发生率明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芒硝腹部外敷可促进胰腺渗出液的吸收,减少局部并发症的发生,其机制可能与其降低急性重症胰腺炎患者血清CRP和IL-6含量有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine mirabilite abdominal distention on therapeutic effectiveness in patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods 120 patients with SAP were randomly divided into a treatment group(modern medicine treatment plus mirabilite abdominal distention) and a control group(modern medicine treatment) by single-blind method,60 patients per group.The white blood cell count(WBC),serum C-react protein(CRP) and Interleukin 6(IL-6) levels at these patients different timepoint were measured,the absorption of pancreatic exudation and local complication were regularly known through abdominal ultrasonography.Results The decline of white blood cell count(WBC),serum C-react protein(CRP) and IL-6 levels in treatment group were obviously earlier than the control group(P<0.05),abdominal ultrasonography showed that the absorption of pancreatic exudation were also obviously earlier than the control group(P<0.05),and the occurrence rate of local complication were obviously lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mirabilite abdominal distention may improve the absorption of pancreatic exudation and decrease the occurrence rate of pancreatic local complication,the mechanism may be related to the decrease of the white blood cell count(WBC),serum C-react protein(CRP) and IL-6 levels induced by mirabilite abdominal distention.更多还原
