【摘要】 目的探讨KLK14蛋白宫颈癌中的表达及与临床病理关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法SP检测10例正常宫颈14例慢性宫颈炎48宫颈癌组织中KLK14蛋白的表达。应用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应法RT-PCR检测25例宫颈鳞癌及10例正常宫颈组织中KLK14mRNA的表达。结果 KLK14蛋白在48例宫颈癌中阳性率72.9%,正常宫颈20%,慢性宫颈炎14.3%,三者相比差异有统计学意义,KLK14蛋白阳性率与肿瘤临床分期,病理学相关(P<0.05),与年龄组织学分级淋巴转移无关(P>0.05)。KLK14mRNA在宫颈癌相对表达量高于正常宫颈组织。结论 KLK14表达参与宫颈癌的发生发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the expression of klk14 in cervical cancer and the results were studied in correlation with clincopa thological characteristics of patients.Methods The expression of KLK14 protein was analysed by immunohistochemistry in paraffin embedded 48 cervical carcinomas,14 chronic cervicitis and 10 normal cervical tissues.The expression of KLK14 mRNA was determined by RT-PCR in 25 cases of cervical squamous carcinomas and 10 cases of normal cervical tissues.Results The expression of KLK14 protein was observed in cervix tissue,chronic cervicitis and cervical cancer,respectively 20%,14.3% and 72.9%,there was a stastistical significance.The positive expession of the KLK14 protein was significantly related to clinical stage,pathological type(P<0.05),and not related to age,histological grade,lymph node metastasis.(P>0.05) The mRNA expression of KLK14 in squamous carcinomas are more higher in cervical normal tissues.Conclusion The expression of KLK14 protein was related to the occurrence and development of cervical squamous carcinomas更多还原
