【摘要】 2010年以来中国大部分种鸭和蛋鸭养殖地区相继发生了以减料、产蛋下降和伴有一定死淘率为特征的传染病。该病发病急,传播快,死淘率高,给中国的养禽造成巨大的经济损失,仅2010年给中国的养鸭业造成的损失达50亿元。随着研究的深入,该病被确诊为是由一种新型病毒-鸭坦布苏病毒引起的传染病,本文围绕着该病的流行病学、临床症状、病理变化、病毒生物学特性、病毒检测方法及致病力等方面的研究进展进行综述,旨在为鸭坦布苏病的防控提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 2010,an emerging infectious disease characterized by acute anorexia,egg drop and even death has occurred on many egg-laying and breeder duck farms in China.This disease has caused severe economic loss to the Chinese poultry industry.Just in 2010,the loss due to this disease was estimated as high as 5 billion.The causative agent was a novel virus,recently designated as Duck Tembusu virus.The present article summarizes research progress on Duck Tembusu virus regarding epidemiology,clinical signs,pathological changes,biological characteristics,methods of virus detection and virulence.更多还原
