【摘要】 目的:建立密蒙花配方颗粒中蒙花苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用Inertsil ODS3 C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-0.1%磷酸(55∶45),流速1.0 mL·min-1,柱温20℃,检测波长327 nm,进样量10μL。结果:蒙花苷进样量在0.104 8~1.048μg呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 6),平均加样回收率102.2%(RSD 1.9%)。结论:该方法操作简便、结果准确、重复性良好,可作为密蒙花配方颗粒中蒙花苷的含量测定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a method for determining buddleoside in Buddlejae Flos formula granules.
