【摘要】 目的:优选复方脑清胶囊中三七的醇提取工艺。方法:以三七总皂苷和三七皂苷R1提取量为综合评价指标,通过正交试验考察乙醇体积分数、提取时间、提取次数、乙醇用量对三七醇提取工艺的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为加8倍量75%乙醇提取3次,每次1 h。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定可行,为复方脑清胶囊的进一步开发提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To optimize ethanol extraction process of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma in compound Naoqing capsules.Method:Orthogonal test was adopted to investigate effects of the concentration and amount of ethanol,extraction time and times on ethanol extraction technology of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma with yield of panax notogingseng saponins and notoginsenoside R1 as comprehensive evaluation index.Result:Optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extracted 3 times with 8-fold 75% ethanol,1 h each time.Conclusion:This optimized process was stable and feasible,it could provide a reference for further development of compound Naoqing capsules.更多还原
