【摘要】 目的:探讨不同炮制方法对续断中川续断皂苷Ⅵ,Ⅹ含量的影响。方法:采用HPLC同时测定续断中川续断皂苷Ⅵ,Ⅹ含量,考察不同炮制方法对川续断皂苷Ⅵ,Ⅹ含量的影响。结果:与续断生品相比,炮制后川续断皂苷Ⅵ含量增加,川续断皂苷Ⅹ含量减少。结论:不同炮制方法均能影响续断中皂苷类成分含量,证明了传统炮制方法的合理性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore influence of different processing methods to the contents of asperosaponin Ⅵ and asperosaponin Ⅹ in Dipsaci Radix.Method:The contents of asperosaponin Ⅵ and asperosaponin Ⅹ in Dipsaci Radix were determined by HPLC,effects of different processing methods on the contents of asperosaponin Ⅵ and asperosaponin Ⅹ were investigated.Result:Compared with the crude samples,the content of asperosaponin Ⅵ increased and the content of asperosaponin Ⅹ decreased in processed samples.Conclusion:Different processing methods could affect saponins content in Dipsaci Radix,it demonstrated that traditional processing methods for Dipsaci Radix was reasonable.更多还原
