【摘要】 目的:建立华南忍冬藤的HPLC指纹图谱,为华南忍冬藤质量评价提供理论依据。方法:采用RP-HPLC。Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.3%甲酸溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长238nm。图谱用国家药典委员会"相似度评价软件(2004A)"处理分析。结果:确立了12个共有峰的共有模式,10批红腺忍冬藤样品指纹图谱相似度高。结论:方法简便、准确、重复性好,为评价华南忍冬藤药材的质量提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a HPLC fingerprint analysis method for stem of Lonicera confusa,and to offer evidence for quality evaluation in stem of Lonicera confusa.Method: RP-HPLC method was performed on a Kromasil C18column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) with CH3CN-0.3% CH3OOH as mobile phase by gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1,column temperature was kept at 30 ℃;the detection wavelength was set at 238 nm.Similarity evaluation system for HPLC fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine(2004A) was used in data analysis.Result: The common modes for the HPLC fingerprints were set up by ensuring sixteen common peaks in the chromatograms.Stem of L.confusa from ten batches samples were of high similarity in HPLC fingerprint.Conclusion: The established method is simple and accurate,and have a good repeatability,which will supply evidence for the quality evaluation in stem of L.confusa.更多还原
