【摘要】 目的:观察养阴化瘀解毒方对结肠炎相关性结肠癌前病变及细胞凋亡的影响。方法:小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、预防组、治疗组,以单次ip氧化偶氮甲烷(AOM),7 d后及饮水中添加葡聚糖硫酸钠(DSS)连饮7 d,复制结肠炎相关性结肠癌前病变动物模型,观察养阴化瘀解毒方18.72 g.kg-1预防(与造模同时开始ig连续7周)和治疗(造模开始7周后ig,连续7周)对结肠炎相关性结肠癌前病变及细胞凋亡的影响。结果:养阴化瘀解毒方预防组和治疗组结肠炎相关性结肠癌前病变均有明显改善;预防组、治疗组细胞凋亡指数比模型组明显增高(P<0.01),且治疗组明显高于预防组(P<0.01)。结论:养阴化瘀解毒方可用于预防和治疗结肠炎相关性结肠癌前病变,其机制可能与促进病变细胞凋亡有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the colitis-related precancerosis of colonic carcinoma and apoptosis treated by Yangyin Huayu Jiedu decoction.Method: Forty mice were randomly divided into control group,model group,Yangyin Huayu Jiedu dicoction prevention group(18.72 g·kg-1 ig for 7 weeks,starting from the beginning of model inducement),treatment group(18.72 g·kg-1 ig for 7 weeks,starting from the established model).Model of colitis-related precancerosis of colonic carcinoma was established by intraperitoneal single injection of azoxymethane(AOM) and feeding of dextran sulfate sodium(DSS) in drinking water(7 days later after AOM injection) for 7 days in three groups of mice except the controls.The colitis-related precancerosis of colonic carcinoma and apoptosis treated by Yangyin Huayu Jiedu decoction was investigated.Result:Yangyin Huayu Jiedu decoction of prevention and treatment groups showed significant improvement of colitis-related precancerosis of colonic carcinoma;Apoptosis index(AI) in the prevention group and the treatment group showed significant difference compared with that in model group(P<0.01).AI of treatment group showed significant difference compared with that of prevention group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Yangyin Huayu Jiedu decoction can be used for prevention and treatment of colitis-related precancerosis of colonic carcinoma.The mechanism might be related to promoting apoptosis in lesion cells.更多还原
