非编织热压成型3D补片在腹腔镜下耻骨肌孔修补术中的应用分析

【摘要】 目的评价应用非编织热压成型3D补片进行腹腔镜下耻骨肌孔修补术的安全性和优越性。方法回顾性分析葛洲坝中心医院2010年2月至2012年12月行腹腔镜下耻骨肌孔修补术167例患者的临床资料,术中均应用3D补片。结果 167例患者共行202侧耻骨肌孔修补术,其中TAPP 128例(154侧),TEP 39例(48侧),手术时间分别为(41±12)min和(37±11)min,术后均未使用镇痛剂,主要并发症为血清肿(包括血肿)17例,术后住院时间2~10 d,平均住院4.3 d。随访1~35个月,均无复发。结论腹腔镜下耻骨肌孔修补术是安全有效的疝修补方法,采用非编织热压成型3D补片使腹腔镜下耻骨肌孔修补术操作更加简便、安全、可靠。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate safety and superiority of application of non-woven hot-pressing 3D patch in laparoscopic myopectineal orifice repair. Methods A total of 167 cases applied with non-woven hot-pressing 3D patch in laparoscopic myopectineal orifice repair were enrolled and retrospectively analyzed in Gezhouba Center Hospital from February 2010 to December 2012. Results The operations were successfully completed,including 128 cases of TAPP( 154 sides) and TEP 39 cases( 48 sides). The operation time for TAPP and TEP were( 41 ± 12) mins,and( 37 ± 11) mins. The postoperative analgesic were not used and the main complications were seroma,which accounted for 10. 2%( 17 /167). The postoperative hospitalization lasted 2 to 10 days with average length of hospitalization stay of 4. 3 days.During the follow-up of 1 to 35 months, no recurrence was observed. Conclusions Laparoscopic myopectineal orifice repair,including TAPP and TEP,is a safe and effective method of hernia repair.Application of non-woven hot-pressing 3D patch is easy,safe,and reliable for operation practice.
