轻质量聚丙烯编织补片皱缩率对照研究

【摘要】 目的比较轻质量聚丙烯补片与重质量聚丙烯补片在实验动物腹壁肌间隙的皱缩率。方法选取16只实验用家兔,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各8只。实验组使用轻质量聚丙烯编织补片,在家兔一侧腹壁的腹外斜肌和腹内斜肌之间,直视下完全展平放置被单体银丝标记边缘的圆形补片。对照组同法应用重质量聚丙烯补片操作。术后12个月连续X线片观测,观察补片形态及位置变化特点。应用CAD图形处理软件,计算标记点范围内补片面积,了解两种补片有无面积皱缩及变化特点。结果实验组轻质补片7例面积无变化,1例面积缩小1.7%,对照组补片7例面积无变化,1例面积缩小1.1%。结论在实验条件下,聚丙烯编织补片在12个月的观察期内未发生皱缩现象。两种质量的聚丙烯编织补片术后短期内皱缩率差异无统计学意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the rate of muscle gap shrinkage in experimental animals regarding the quality of light polypropylene mesh and heavy quality polypropylene patch. Methods A total of 16 experimental rabbits were randomized to divide into an active group and a control group. Each group included 8 rabbits. The light-weight polypropylene mesh was used in the active group under direct vision in the rabbit side of the external oblique muscle of the abdominal wall. The abdominal oblique was completely flattened and placed with the monomer silver marked circular patch. The same method was applied with weight polypropylene mesh. The characteristics of patch shape and location change were observed after 12-month continuous chip shooter observations. The CAD graphics processing software was applied to calculate the the area of the patch within the markers. The area shrinkage and changes were assessed. Results No change in the area was observed in 7 cases of the active group, and one case with 1.7% of shrinkage. No change in the area was found in the control group, and one case with 1.1% of shrinkage. Conclusion Under the experimental conditions, no shrinkage was in the 12-month observation period. No significant difference in the short-term postoperative shrinkage was found in the two kinds of polypropylene patches.
