【摘要】 目的探讨指拨分离法在完全腹膜外疝修补(TEP)中入路及操作空间建立中的应用。方法回顾性分析广州医学院第一附属医院2010年7月至2012年3月行TEP患者78例,采用指拨分离法及侧入路置入Trocar并超声刀建立术中入路及操作空间的方法。结果手术均获成功,手术时间(53.0±8.3)min,无腹膜破裂及中转开腹,术后住院时间(2.8±1.3)d,随访6～19个月,无手术区疼痛、神经感觉异常、疝复发等并发症。结论指拨分离法在TEP术中入路及操作空间建立中应用的临床效果较为理想,对于刚刚开展TEP的医疗机构,于腹直肌后鞘前实施该方法,能够建立安全,清晰的操作平面,更利于手术完成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore application of building entrance passage and operation space by finger in TEP.Methods A total of 78 patients with inguinal hernia were diagnosed by physical examination,during the time July 2010 to March 2012 in our hospital,and were operated by TEP.The way of building entrance passage and operation space by finger were used.Results The operations were all successfully completed in these 78 cases.The operation time was (53.0±8.3) min.There were no serious postoperative complications.The hospitalization duration after operation duration was (2.8±1.3) days.All patients were recovered and discharged.During 6 to 19 month follow-ups,there were no complication and recurrence.Conclusions It is satisfactory and reasonable to use the way of building entrance passage and operation space by finger in TEP,it can ensure a security and clear space for operation,especially for those hospitals with new technology.更多还原
