长白山天池火山监测预警系统建设架构(Ⅱ)——火山预警平台建设
Constructing framework of early warning system of Tianchi Volcano,Changbai Mountain(Ⅱ) :construction of early warning platform
【摘要】 长白山天池火山是我国最具潜在灾害性喷发危险的活火山,因而需要建立火山预警平台。在借鉴国内外灾害预警和火山预警经验的基础上,提出了天池火山预警平台建设方案。该平台具有火山喷发、灾害和损失预测以及预警信息发布功能,可为公众逃生避险、企业紧急处置、政府应急决策和救援行动提供及时的火山灾害预警服务,有效减轻火山灾害。
【Abstract】 It is required to establish early warning platform of Tianchi Volcano,Changbai Mountain,because the volcano is the most dangerous active one with eruption risk of potential hazards in China.This study put forward the construction scenario of Tianchi Volcano early warning platform on the basis of referring to early warning experience of natural hazard and volcanic hazard at home and abroad.The platform has functions of forecasting volcano eruption,volcanic hazard and loss and early warning information issuing.It can provide quick early warning service of volcanic hazard to evacuation and refuge of public,emergency handling of enterprises,emergency decision and rescue for government,and mitigates volcanic hazard effectively.
