多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌随机多态性DNA分型与院内感染相关性研究
Correlation between random amplified polymorphic DNA genotyping of multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii and nosocomial infections
【摘要】 目的了解导致院内感染的多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌(Multi-drug resistance Acinetobacter baumannii,MDRAB)的同源性及院内流行特征,为临床控制MDRAB感染、制定合适的防控措施提供依据。方法运用随机扩增多态性DNA(Ran-dom amplified polymorphic DNA,RAPD)技术对院内感染MDRAB菌株进行基因分型,用聚类分析软件进行同源性分析。结果 72株MDRAB分为7个基因型;A型:22.2%;B型:4.2%;C型:40.3%;D型:2.8%;E型:2.8%;F型:1.4%;G型:26.4%;A、C、G型MDRAB在ICU及神经外科发生3次感染暴发。结论 MDRAB在ICU及神外科病房易发生交叉感染;RAPD是院感暴发及流行病学的较好的研究手段。
【Abstract】 This study aims to investigate the homology and epidemiological characteristics of multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii which caused the nosocomial infections,in order to formulate an appropriate precaution for clinical practice.The MDRAB that caused the nosocomial infections was evaluated for the genetic polymorphism by randomly amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD),and the homology was studied by Cluster analysis.Results of the RAPD genotyping showed that 72 strains of the MDRAB were grouped into 7genotypes(Type A,22.2%;B,4.2%;C,40.3%;D,2.8%;E,2.8%;F,1.4%;G,26.4%),and the genotype A,C,and G caused fulminant infection for 3times in ICU and neurosurgery department.It’s indicated that the MDRAB might have a high possibility of causing cross-infections in ICU and neurosurgery department,while the RAPD technique is a better research method in the fulminant infection and epidemiological study for it.
