【Abstract】 M. D. tutors play a leading role in the education of M. D. students and well-qualified tutors have a positive influence on their M. D. students. Through the analysis of the criteria for employing tutors of M. D. students from six medical universities which were awarded Excellent M. D. Thesis universities,this paper aims to put forward suggestions as to how to improve the qualifications of M. D. tutors for the achievement of better M. D. education.更多还原
