【摘要】 目的:探讨压力对医学研究生心理健康的影响。方法:采用Beck-Srivastava压力量表(BSSI)对420名医学硕士研究生及188名博士研究生的压力情况进行检测,同时结合症状自评量表(SCL-90)对其心理健康情况进行评定。结果:博士研究生BSSI单因子得分明显高于硕士研究生,且在学习及经济方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。博士研究生BSSI得分明显高于硕士研究生;二者均明显高于临界值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。博士研究生SCL-90各因子得分普遍高于硕士研究生,且在躯体化、强迫、焦虑和精神病性4个因子得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:博士研究生的心理压力更大,更加应引起学校重视并及早进行相关辅导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the pressure to the mental healthy of medical postgraduate students and doctoral students. Methods:420 medical postgraduate students’ and 188 doctoral students’ pressure were tested and combined with SCL-90 on the mental health of the relevant evaluation. Results: The average score in BSSI of doctoral students was higher than that of postgraduate students. The difference has statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The score in SCL-90 scale of 9 factor of medical doctoral students was all higher than that of the postgraduate students,but the statistically significant difference was only in the score of somatization,compulsion,anxiety and psychosis-like symptoms have statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The mental health problems of medical doctoral students were more seriously than the postgraduate students.
