【摘要】 临床医学研究生教育是培养临床医学高层次应用性人才的重要途径,研究生临床技能的培养质量将在很大程度上影响着医疗服务水平。由于扩大招生、师资力量不足及培养体制落后等诸多因素影响,制约了研究生临床能力的培养。通过对此概述,并建议通过转变教学方式、加强导师的指导力度等措施逐步提高研究生临床技能培养的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Clinical medicine graduate education is an important way to develop high-level applied talents. Cultivation quality will have great influence on the medical service level. But clinical skills on clinical postgraduate were restricted by increased enrollment,lack of teachers,cultivation system and other factors. This article is an overview of this,and suggests that by changes in teaching methods,tutor’s guidance in clinical and other measures should be strengthened to improve the cultivation quality of postgraduates’ clinical skills.更多还原
