【摘要】 采用PBL教学法与LBL教学法,对2009级临床医学专业学生的医学微生物学课程和2008级临床医学专业学生皮肤性病学、传染病学课程教学进行对比研究。PBL组教学效果测试成绩分数高于LBL组。PBL教学法应用于教学过程,教学效果较好,能培养大学生自觉学习、自我管理能力,有利于全面素质的提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 PBL and lecture-based learning(LBL) were used to teach medical microbiology to students in Class of 2009 and to teach dermatovenereology and epidemiology to students of Class of 2008 who majored in clinical medicine.The effectiveness of the two approaches were then compared.In terms of exam performance,the PBL groups did better then the LBL groups.PBL had a positive effect on exam performance,and it was good for college students to cultivate their self-conscious learning ability and self-management ability and improve their comprehensive quality.更多还原
