【摘要】 汕头大学医学院自2002年开始,以培养"具备国际视野的卓越医生"为目标,进行全方位的教学改革。在借鉴国内外医学教育改革经验的基础上,围绕国际和中国医学教育标准,构建了"以课程整合为基础、以岗位胜任力培养为导向"的全新教学体系,实现基础与临床课程的整合、交叉与渗透;让医学生早期接触临床、多接触临床和反复接触临床。引入国际公认评价标准(USMLE、OSCE、TOSCE等),全面评价学生知识、能力、态度;加强国际交流和营造国际化教育的氛围;努力打造一支高素质教师队伍等进行探索与实践。历经十年,取得明显成效,得到广泛认可。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 2002,Shantou University Medical College has implemented curricular reform measures based on the objectives to train outstanding medical graduates with international visions and global competitiveness.The new curricular model is centered on the systems-based integration and development of student professional competencies,realizing the two-way interactions of basic sciences and clinical medicine and allowing students for earlier,more intense,and repeated exposure to clinical practice throughout the course of medical education.The authors adopted internationally recognized standards for student performance evaluations in the areas of knowledge,skills and attitudes,such as USMLE,OSCE and TOSCE etc.Our efforts in nurturing an atmosphere of internationalized medical education through enhanced international collaborations and faculty development programs have produced desired outcomes.更多还原
