聚离子液体膜修饰电极检测厚朴酚
Electrochemical Fabrication of a Polymerized Ionic Liquid Film Modified Electrode for Magnolol Determination
【摘要】 合成了1-[3-(N-吡咯)丙基]-3-己基咪唑四氟硼酸盐离子液体,以其为单体,采用电位阶跃法制备出聚离子液体膜修饰玻碳电极,经十二烷基磺酸根阴离子交换,获得聚离子液体膜疏水界面.研究了厚朴酚在该聚离子液体膜疏水界面上的电化学行为,采用用微分脉冲伏安法实现了厚朴酚的电化学测定.在优化条件下,厚朴酚的氧化峰峰电流与其浓度在1.0×10-8~5.0×10-6mol/L和5.0×10-6~2.0×10-5mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为7.1×10-9mol/L(S/N=3).该方法成功用于中药厚朴中厚朴酚测定.
【Abstract】 An imidazolium-based ionic liquid bearing a terminal pyrrole moiety, 1-[3-( N-pyrrole) propyl]-3-hexylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate,was successfully synthesized. It was used as a functional monomer to fabricate a polymeric film modified glassy carbon electrode with potential-step technique. Followed by being treated with sodium dodecyl sulfonate solution, a Poly { 1-[3-( N-Pyrrolyl) propyl]-3-hexylimidazolium dodecyl sulfonate ionic liquid } hydrophobic film modified electrode was obtained. Electrochemical behaviors of magnolol at the hydrophobic film modified electrode were investigated. It was found that the oxidation peak current of magnolol was significantly increased at the hydrophobic film electrode. Experimental conditions such as film thickness,pH value,accumulation potential and time were optimized. Under optimal conditions,a sensitive and convenient electrochemical method was developed for the determination of magnolol. The oxidation peak current was linearly related to magnolol concentration in the range of 1. 0 × 10- 8~ 5. 0 × 10- 6mol/L and 5. 0 × 10- 6~ 2 × 10- 5mol/L with a detection limit of 7. 1 × 10- 9mol/L( S/N = 3). The proposed method was successfully used to determine magnolol in Chinese traditional medicine Magnolia.
