【摘要】 目的:了解浙江省部分地区儿童含麻疹成分疫苗(MCV)初免未及时接种原因,为制订相应的控制措施提供依据。方法:采用分层多阶段随机抽样方法,选取浙江省3个县作为调查现场,调查适龄儿童MCV初免接种情况及未及时接种原因。结果:调查儿童中,MCV第一针接种率为99.13%,第一针MCV疫苗及时接种率(满8月龄后1个月内接种为及时接种)为74.38%,本地儿童MCV初免接种率高于流动儿童(χ2=18.98,P<0.05);未及时接种原因分析发现,受种方客观原因是造成儿童未及时接种MCV的主要原因,其中以儿童患病未及时接种麻疹疫苗的比例最多,占56.37%。结论:浙江省麻疹疫苗接种率维持在较高水平,但MCV初免及时接种率不高,儿童患病是造成未及时接种麻疹疫苗的主要原因,应采取有针对性的措施提高MCV初免及时接种率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the causes for untimely vaccination of measles containing vaccine in Zhejiang Province,and to provide evidence for scientific immunization strategies.Methods 812children were selected by multi-stage sampling to conduct face-to-face survey,Information on first dose of MCV was collected to explore the reasons for untimely vaccination.Results The coverage rate of MCV was 99.13%,and the timely vaccination rate of MCV was 74.38%.The coverage rate of MCV was higher in local children than in migrant children.The main reason for decreasing the timely coverage rate of MCV was the children’s suffering from diseases which accounted for 50%.Conclusions The coverage rate of MCV is at a high level,but the timely vaccination rate is not at a high level.Effective intervention should be implemented to improve the timely vaccination rate of MCV.更多还原
