【Abstract】 Objective to seek the approach to further education of financial staff in primary medical institutions.Methods We made a whole sample survey of 694 financial staff of primary medical institutions in Xuzhou area and processed the collected data by rank-sum test.Results There were many weaknesses in further education of financial staff in primary medical institution in Xuzhou area.Conclusion Financial staff’s further education in primary medical institution is to be improved.更多还原
