【Abstract】 It is known that patient choosing doctor will cause the shortage and waste of medical resources,while outpatient service tier medical system is propitious to adequate utilization of medical resources,therefore,strengthening grass-roots medical institutions can solve the problem of waste in resources.To solve the difficulites in registration and consultation,we should change our concept of seeing a doctor,and make a scientific definition of patients’ option of medical treatment.Through the establishment of "Database of Difficult and Complicated Cases",we can obtain the information of patients before diagnosis and treatment,integrate information resources,carry out hospital and department cross-registration,and implement confirmation system of reserved registration.更多还原
