【Abstract】 The new-type rural cooperative medical scheme(NRCMS) is the basic medical care system for rural residents in China today.Taking the operation status of NRCMS in Nantong city during 2003 and 2011 as an example,the article analyzed the key problems in the operation of NRCMS and came up with strategies in some fields,such as legislation strengthening,fund raising,controlling of irrational increase in medical expenses,optimization of compensation system and so on,which can provide a basis for the optimization of NRCMS.更多还原
