【摘要】 根据小型农田水利工程的特点,采取定性目标与定量指标相结合、多目标协调与主导目标优化相结合、全面考评与抽样分析相结合的办法,建立了包括3个一级指标、9个二级指标、29个三级指标共78个绩效标准评分点的评价指标体系,并对各指标的内涵及赋值方法进行了研究,从而为加强小型农田水利工程建设管理,科学评判资金使用效率和效益提供了一个重要参考路径和模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the methods of combining comprehensive evaluation with sampling analysis,we establish an evaluation index system in this paper,which includes three-level indicators,nine secondary indexes and there was a total of 78performance standard score points.The connotation of each index and the method of value assignment are also studied in this paper.The study results of this paper can provide an important method and study mode for strengthening the management of small agricutural hydraulic projects and scientifically evaluating the efficiency of funds.更多还原
