水库供水预警方法及应用研究
Research on the Warning Method and Application of Reserviors Water Supply
【摘要】 水库预警对水资源综合利用和可持续发展具有理论意义和实用价值。目前,水库预警多为定性分析,定量研究很少。在参照前人研究成果的基础上,基于"三条红线"中的用水总量控制红线,首次提出了定量确定不同功能水库(包括以灌溉为主、以城乡生活和工业供水为主、综合供水水库三种情况)可供水量警戒线和预警区的方法,给出了水库预警的定义和方法。以胶南市小珠山水库为例,将预警期延长为非汛期,并进行了预警管理。为胶南市最严格的水资源管理的实施,经济社会可持续发展提供了技术支撑。
【Abstract】 The early warning of reserviors has important theoretical significance and practical value for the comprehensive utilization of water resources and sustainable development.At present,the early warnings of most reserviors are qualitative analyses and rather than quantitative ones.By reference to previous studies and red line of control the total water use,this paper firstly proposes the way to quantitatively determine alert line and early warning regions in different function reserviors,and offers the definition and early warning method of reserviors.Taking Xiaozhushan Reservior in Jiaonan city for example,this paper prolonged early-warming time to non-flood season in accordance with hydrological characteristics there and realizes warning management.The results accords with practice and provides technical support to realize the most strict water resource management.
