【摘要】 随着宁夏枸杞种植和加工产业的发展,逐年递增的、大量的枸杞皮渣由于带来严重的环境压力,已成为枸杞加工业迫切需要解决的瓶颈问题。开展枸杞皮渣的综合利用,不仅可以获得良好的经济效益而且可有效解决环保压力,获得巨大的社会效益。介绍了近年来枸杞皮渣综合利用开发的最新研究进展,包括枸杞皮渣中色素、膳食纤维、枸杞籽油的提取、类胡萝卜素的提取以及利用皮渣制作白兰地、活性炭及畜禽饲料等综合利用现状。更多还原

【Abstract】 With Ningxia wolfberry cultivation and processing industries,increasing year by year,a large number of Chinese wolfberry peel bring the serious environmental pressures,wolfberry processing industry has become an urgent need to solve the bottleneck problem.To carry out the comprehensive utilization of wolfberry pomace,can not only get good value for money,but also be an effective solution to environmental pressures,get huge social benefits.This paper introduced in recent years developed wolfberry pomace utilization of the latest research advances,including medlar peel pigment,dietary fiber,and wolfberry seed oil extraction,the use of pomace brandy and activated carbon production development status.更多还原
