针织与梭织面料拼接的缝口强度研究
Study of Seam Strength on the Knitted and Woven Spliced Fabrics
【摘要】 选择常用的梭织面料与针织面料进行拼接,采用FAST织物风格仪测试面料的物理力学性能;将所选梭织与针织面料按不同方向组合拼接,分析各组合方向面料性能与缝口强度的相关性。结果表明:针织面料纵向与梭织面料进行拼接时,缝口强度与面料纬向密度、纬纱线密度成正相关,与面料经向密度、经纱线密度成负相关;针织面料横向与梭织面料进行拼接时,缝口强度与面料经纱线密度成正相关,与纬纱线密度成负相关。即针织面料力学性能越好、拉伸受力方向的纱线易收缩,则针织与梭织面料拼接的缝口强度越好。
【Abstract】 The paper testes the physical and mechanical properties of the fabrics spliced by common knitted and woven fabrics by using FAST instrument,and then analyzes the correlation between woven fabrics which are spliced with knitted fabrics in different direction and the seam strength.The results shows that the seam strength is positively correlated with the weft density and weft yarn linear density,and negatively correlated with the warp density and warp yarn linear density;when the knitted fabric was spliced with woven fabrics in longitudinal direction;the seam strength is positively correlated with the warp yarn fineness,and negatively correlated with weft yarn linear density,when the knitted fabric was spliced with woven fabrics in the cross-section direction.Knitted fabric has better mechanical properties and the stretched yarn is easily to shrink,which produces high seam strength.
