棉散纤维阳离子改性及功能性整理技术
Cationic Modification and Functional Finishing Technologies of Cotton Fibers
【摘要】 介绍了阳离子改性技术和功能性整理技术在色纺纱所需的棉散纤维上的应用。棉散纤维经过碱煮练或丝光预处理后进行阳离子改性处理,处理时选用马克隆值适中的棉花,且配棉时避免使用马克隆值差异大的棉批,然后将改性后的棉纤维以特定比例与普通棉纤维或漂白棉纤维均匀混合并纺纱,在中性无盐条件下进行染色,可形成具有朦胧感"花灰"外观的花式纱;选用合适的亲水性柔软剂可对棉散纤维进行亲水性柔软处理,达到"吸汗快干"商品的标准;另外,文中还介绍了棉散纤维的防紫外线、抗菌、超柔软等整理技术,这将有助于提高色纺纱的舒适性、健康性、卫生性等功能。
【Abstract】 Introduced cationic modification and several functional finishing technologies of cotton fibers which used in spun-dyed yarn.The results show that it is better to choose cotton fibers with moderate Micronaire to do cationic modification after alkali scouring or mercerizing pretreatment;when blend cotton fibers,it should avoid to choose cotton fibers with great different in Micronaire;Mixed cationic modified cotton fibers with common cotton fibers or bleached cotton fibers under specific proportion uniformly,then dyed them in neutral condition without salt,it can form fancy yarn with haze and flower grey color.Hydrophilic softener can be applied in cotton fibers hydrophilic soft finishing and made fabrics possess absorb sweat but fast dry property.Besides,anti-UV technology, antibiotic technology and super soft finishing for cotton fibers were also introduced,which would help to enhance comfortable,health function and hygienic function of spun-dyed yarn.
