沥青改性性能与废旧胶粉的研究
Research on the Performance of Modified Asphalt and Waste Rubber Powder
【摘要】 从常规技术指标分析,硫化橡胶粉对沥青的高温性能、低温性能均有改善作用。要达到较好的改性效果需要足够数量的橡胶粉,一般15%~20%。使用橡胶粉不仅能够降低道路建设成本,也能有利于环境保护。但是胶粉的改性效果与SBS相比还有差距。
【Abstract】 This paper unveils that,through normal technical indexes analysis,vulcanized rubber powder improves the asphalt performance at both high and low temperature.Enough rubber powder,normally 15% ~ 20% of the total weight,is required in order to reach a relative sound modified performance.But the modified performance achieved by rubber powder is still less appealling than that by SBS.Nevertheless,rubber powder mixing stands as a cost-efficient and environment-friendly way in road construction.
