【Abstract】 The principle and method of mean pwm were introduced,and the above part is the basis of design method of sinusoidal gratings using space width modulation.The final analysis show that the sinusoidal grating have a good inhibitory effect on various harmonics,thus a sinusoidal grating adopting the mean pwm projects has higher contrast fringe than that of the Ronchi grating.更多还原
