【摘要】 目的:探讨社会支持对乙型肝炎患者家属家庭危机个人应对能力的影响。方法:采用社会支持量表(SSRS)、家庭危机个人评价量表(F-COPES)对100例型肝炎患者家属进行调查,所有数据均输入统计学软件SPSS16.0进行处理和分析。结果:乙型肝炎患者家属社会支持低水平者占26.0%,一般水平者占64.0%,高水平者占10.0%;不同社会支持水平家属F-COPES评分存在显著统计学差异(P<0.01);社会支持与家庭危机应对能力存在较高相关性(r=0.572,P<0.01)。结论:社会支持能够提高乙型肝炎患者家属应对家庭危机的应对能力,有利于促进患者康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of social support on family crisis personal coping capacity in family members of patients with hepatitis B.Methods:100 family members of patients with hepatitis B were researched with SSRS and F-COPES,all data were input SPSS16.0 and was processed.Results:Family members with low level of social support accounted for 26.0%,family members with general level of social support accounted for 64.0%,family members with high level of social support accounted for 10.0%;F-COPES score of family members with different levels of social support were significant statistical different;there were significant statistical differences in F-COPES score of family members with different levels of social support(P <0.01);there was higher correlation between social support and family crisis personal coping capacity(r=0.572,P<0.01).Conclusion:Social support can improve family crisis personal coping capacity of the family members of patients with hepatitis B,it is conducive to promote rehabilitation of the patients.更多还原
