【摘要】 目的:了解护士健康宣教是否能缓解肾穿刺住院患者的焦虑感。方法:对我科住院行肾穿刺患者进行健康宣教,于健康宣教前后采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行问卷调查评估及比较。结果:健康宣教后焦虑患者比率低于健康宣教前(P<0.05);SAS量表得分低于健康宣教前(P<0.05)。结论:肾穿刺前护理健康宣教可以有效消除肾穿刺患者术前焦虑情绪。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand whether the nursing health education can ease anxiety of hospitalized patients with kidney puncture.Methods: Health education for patients undergoing kidney puncture,before and after the health education,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) was used for questionnaire survey,evaluation and comparison.Results: The anxiety ratio in patients after health education was lower than that before health education(P <0.05);SAS score after health education was lower than that before health education(P <0.05).Conclusion: Nursing health education can effectively eliminate the anxiety of patients with kidney puncture.更多还原
