【摘要】 目的:比较利培酮片合用舒肝解郁胶囊与单用利培酮片对Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者精神症状、认知功能的疗效及差异。方法:将82例患者随机分为合用组(40例,利培酮片合并舒肝解郁胶囊治疗)和单用组(42例,单用利培酮片治疗),并于入组时、入组8周进行阳性与阴性症状评定量表(Positive and Negative syndrome Scale for schizophrenia,PANSS)、不良反应量表(Treatment Emergent Symptoms scale,TESS)、事件相关电位(Event-Related Potentials,ERP)和探究性眼动分析(Exploratory Eye Movement,EEM)的评定,与对照组(40例,不服用任何药物)进行比较及患者组间比较。结果:合用组与单用组入组8周PANSS量表各项分均较入组前降低(P<0.05)。与入组时相比,入组8周时,合用组N2、P3潜伏期缩短,P3波幅、NEF增高,单用组P3潜伏期缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);合用组N2、P3潜伏期短于单用组,P3波幅、NEF高于单用组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒肝解郁胶囊能显著改善Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者的认知功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare curative effects and differences of risperidone tablets combined with shugan-jieyu capsules and single risperidone tablets on symptoms and cognitive function for type II schizophrenia patients.Methods:82 schizophrenics were divided into combination group(n=40,administered by risperidone tablets combination with shugan-jieyu capsules) and single group(n=42,administered by risperidone tablets).Positive and negative syndrome scale for schizophrenia(PANSS),treatment emergent symptoms scale(TESS),exploratory eye movement(EEM),and event-related potentials(ERP) were assessed before and 8 weeks after the treatment,which were compared between patient group and control group(n=40,treated without drugs),and among the patient groups.Results: The score of each item in PANSS of combination group and single group was reduced 8 weeks after the treatment compared with that before the treatment(P<0.05).Compared with those before the treatment,the N2 and P300 latent periods 8 weeks after the treatment in combination group were shortened,however,the P300 amplitude and number of NEF increased;the P300 latent period in single group were shortened,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The N2 and P300 latent periods of single group 8 weeks after the treatment were significantly longer than those of combination group,whereas the P300 amplitude and number of NEF were lower than those of combination group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: Shugan-jieyu capsules can improve cognitive function for type II schizophrenics.更多还原
