【摘要】 目的:对北京市养老机构老年人辅助器具配备现状进行调查与分析,为政府相关资金投入及政策制定提供理论依据。方法:采用问卷调查法,对北京市306家养老机构管理者进行调查。结果:仅20.92%的机构体验试用过辅助器具,29.74%的机构未配备任何辅助器具,全部管理者表示如有政策支持则愿意配备辅助器具,96.74%的管理者认为有必要配备辅助器具,91.50%的管理者希望政府免费配备必要的辅助器具并增加专项资金投入。结论:目前北京市养老机构老年人辅助器具配备状况不佳,管理部门应加大对辅助器具的资金支持力度,为保证养老机构服务质量和老年人安全创造有利条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To describe the current supplement situation of assistive device in long-term facilities in Beijing and make suggestion for funds investment and policy-making.Methods:306 managers from different long-term facilities completed a questionnaire.Results: Only 20.92% of the 306 institutions once used trial pack and 29.74% didn’t own any assistive device;all managers agreed to buy assistive device if policy oriented;96.74% of all the managers thought it was necessary to be equipped with assistive device for long-term facilities and 91.50% of them hoped to get free device given by the government and get more support on this issue.Conclusions: The current supplement situation of assistive device in Beijing was not satisfaction and related management department should offer more support so that to guarantee the quality of service and to create safe surroundings for the older.更多还原
