【摘要】 目的:探讨社会支持系统在流浪乞讨精神病患者康复中的作用。方法:选择同期在本院住院治疗时间超过3个月的流浪精神病患者60例,随机将患者分为两组,对照组30例为常规的医疗护理模式,护理干预组30例将社会支持系统与常规的医疗护理相结合,对两组患者的社会支持度进行比较。结果:两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:将社会支持系统与常规的医疗护理相结合,能明显缓解患者衰退,全面提高其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of social support system during the recovery of vagrant begging mental patients.Methods:Pick 60 cases from patients who have stayed in our hospital for over 3 months in the same period of time,and divide them into 2 groups.One group is "comparison group",of which members will be under ordinary medical and health care system;the other group is "experiment group",of which members will be under social support system combined with ordinary medical and health care system.We will compare the social support rate of one group to another.Results: After comparison,the difference has statistical meanings(P<0.01).Conclusions: By combining social support system and ordinary medical-health care system,a patient can slowed down his weakening and revive,so as to improve his living standard in over-all scale.更多还原
