【摘要】 目的:比较肌注齐拉西酮与氟哌啶醇快速控制精神分裂症激越症状的疗效和安全性。方法:将36例精神分裂症伴激越症状的患者随机分为两组,分别肌注齐拉西酮或氟哌啶醇3天,观察疗效及不良反应。结果:两组患者激越症状均有明显改善,两组间疗效相当,齐拉西酮组不良反应明显少于氟哌啶醇组。结论:肌注齐拉西酮注射液控制精神分裂症激越症状疗效与氟哌啶醇相当,安全性与耐受性明显优于氟哌啶醇。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare efficacy and safety of intramuscular Ziprasidone in the rapid controlling agitation in schizophrenia.Methods:Thirty-six schizophrenic patients with agitation were divided into two groups.All subjects were treated with intramuscular Ziprasidone or Haloperidal in three days.Efficacy and side effects were assessed.Results: Agitation were controlled in both groups without significant difference.Ziprazidone group were significant less side effects.Conclusions: Intramuscular Ziprasidone were equal to Haloperidal in controlling agitation in patients with schizophrenia,and safety and tolerability were significantly better than haloperidol.更多还原
