一种无极灯数字电子镇流器及控制方法
A Digital Electronic Ballasts and Control Method for Electrodeless Lamps
【摘要】 本文提出以嵌入式微处理控制器STC12C5616AD芯片为核心的无极灯数字电子镇流器,采用主动式的变频启动和自适应检测无极灯负载的工作状态,分析、处理无极灯启动与控制问题,实现在工作频率处的恒功率控制,并实现母线保护、坏灯在线检测保护、无负载保护和短路保护等。与现有技术相比,具有自适应寻优启动功能,避免了由于启动不成功造成的电子镇流器损害或启动电压过高对耦合器和灯管造成损害。
【Abstract】 The article suggested to embedded a micro-controller core STC12C5616AD chip to digital electronic ballast for electrodeless lamp,which may have many outstanding characteristics,i.e.active frequency moderation starting and adaptive detection of lamp load status;analyzing and processing discharge lamp starting and control problems;constant power control the operating frequency;bus-bar protection and bad lamps online detection protection;no-load protection and short circuit protection.Compared with the existing technology,the advantages are adaptive optimization,avoiding damages due to starting failure.
