低浓度甲醛对小鼠组织中Zn,Cu,Fe含量的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨甲醛染毒对小鼠脏器微量元素的影响.方法选用体质量为18~24 g昆明小鼠18只,随机分为3组,分别为高浓度(5 mg/m3)组、低浓度(2.5 mg/m3)组和对照组;采用静式吸入法,每天染毒2 h,连续染毒30 d后处死,测定小鼠各脏器的脏器系数及Fe,Cu,Zn的含量.结果甲醛吸入染毒30 d后,肝脏、肺脏和脑组织的脏器系数随着染毒剂量的增高出现下降趋势,染毒组和对照组的肺脏脏器系数具有统计学意义(P<0.05),甲醛染毒组脑、肺脏中Fe,Cu,Zn含量均高于对照组;低剂量组肝脏中Fe,Cu,Zn的含量明显低于对照组,而高剂量组显著升高.结论甲醛引起小鼠体内微量元素Zn,Cu,Fe的重分布,对肝脏、肺脏和脑组织产生一定的损伤.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of formaldehyde exposure on trace elements in organs of mice.Method 18 Kunming mice,weighting 18 ~ 24 g,were randomly divided into three groups,high-dose group( 5 mg/m3),low-dose group( 2. 5 mg/m3) and control group. Using static inhalation,the mice were exposed to formaldehyde for 2 h every day. They were sacrificed after the exposure for 30 days. The Organ coefficients and the contents of Fe,Cu,Zn in the organs were determined. Results The coefficients liver,lung and brain decreased with the increase of the exposure doses. There was a significant difference( P < 0. 05) in lungs organ coefficient between the exposed group and the control group. The contents of Fe,Cu,Zn in brain and lung of the exposed group were higher than those of the control group. The contents of Fe,Cu,Zn liver in low-dose group were significantly lower,while those in the high-dose group was significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion Formaldehyde can cause the redistribution of trace elements Zn,Cu,Fe and produce some damage to the liver,lungs and brain.
