【摘要】 目的观察相同药物不同给药方案在复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(RVVC)患者巩固治疗中的疗效。方法 RVVC患者78例,均给予盐酸特比萘芬阴道泡腾片进行强化治疗,临床有效。随机均分为两组,利用不同给药方案进行巩固治疗预防复发,持续给药组:盐酸特比萘芬阴道泡腾片50mg,每5天阴道用药1次,连续3个月(月经期停药);月经后给药组(39例):盐酸特比萘芬阴道泡腾片50mg,月经干净后每天阴道用药1次,7天1个疗程,连用3个月。巩固治疗结束后随访6个月,观察两组疗效。结果持续给药组治愈率94.9%,月经后给药组治愈率84.2%,两组之间治愈率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);随访6～18个月,持续给药组复发率2.9%,月经后给药组复发率23.3%,两组复发率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 RVVC巩固治疗方案中,持续用药方案对降低RVVC复发的疗效明显优于在月经干净后用药1个疗程的治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and evaluate the curative effects of the two consolidation therapy for recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis(RVVC).Method 78 patients with RVVC were included in the study,who had received intensive treatment with Terbinafine Hydrochloride Vaginal Effervescent Tablets 50mg quaque day for one week and obtained good result.They were randomly distributed into two groups to receive different consolidation therapy,Group A(39 cases):Terbinafine Hydrochloride Vaginal Effervescent Tablets 50mg quaque 5 days,for three months(pause during menstruation);Group B(39 cases): Terbinafine Hydrochloride Vaginal Effervescent Tablets 50mg,quaque day for one week after menstruation,for three months.After three months consolidation therapy,all patients were followed up for at least six months.Result The cure rate of Group A was 94.9%.The cure rate of Group B was 84.2%,There was distinct difference for them(P<0.05).The relapse rate of Group A was 2.9%.The relapse rate of Group B was 23.3%,There was distinct difference for them(P<0.05).Conclusion As consolidation therapy for recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis,the method of continued medication for three months can significantly improve long-term prognosis of RVVC patients.更多还原
